Within the EHEAII project, a series of round table discussions will be organised in all project partner countries during February and March 2026. These discussions aim to bring together higher education stakeholders to explore the impact of Artificial Intelligence on teaching, learning and institutional practices.

The first round table discussions will take place in Germany on 9 February and 10 February 2026. The discussions are organised by FH Aachen, together with Miriam Bernat, Professor of Higher Education Didactics and Quality Development, and will involve experienced teaching staff from the higher education field.

The round table discussion in Latvia will be held on 18 February 2026, hosted by Turiba University and organised as an in-person event. The discussion will bring together invited representatives of higher education institutions, academic staff and AI professionals.

The round table discussion in Lithuania, titled “Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education: Possibilities, Challenges and Future Scenarios”, will take place on 19 February 2026 in Vilnius. The discussion will involve academic and administrative staff from higher education institutions, representatives of educational organisations, policy makers, education quality experts, IT and innovation specialists, as well as student representatives.

Following the completion of round table discussions in all six partner countries, a detailed analytical report summarising key insights, challenges and recommendations will be prepared and published on the project website.
